General Returns

We have a really easy returns policy here at BobbyGlam; If you need a refund or exchange just drop us an email within 7 business days of receiving your order.  You will need to cover the postage back to us and we will happily reship an exchange free of charge.  Original postage costs are non-refundable.

Hair Extension Returns

We are happy to accept your extensions back for return as long as they are unopened - the hygiene seal must still be intact and the hair must not be removed from the original packaging.  The hair and its packaging must be in a brand new condition with no tampering.

Once the hygiene seal has been removed or the packaging has been tampered with, you will not be able to return your extensions as they are classed as a hygiene product. You will find that other hair extension stockists refuse to accept opened extensions back for return for the same reasons, so it's not just us!!

Full instructions, a returns form and the relevant returns address will be included with your order. If you have any questions regarding returns, then please don't hesitate to Contact Us.

 

Important information for non-European returns:

If you are returning your item from outside of the European Union, your postal service will provide you with a customs form, this needs to be visible on your returned parcel. You must clearly write the following on the customs form: RETURNED ITEM TO SENDER NO DUTIES and mark the customs value as Zero. If you fail to do this your item will be returned back to you before it reaches BobbyGlam. Do not send your parcel with FEDEX as it will be rejected.
