We do have a really easy returns policy..our products can be exchanged or refunded as long as:

1) You let us know within 10 days of receiving your order 2) The hair extension package and contents are in the same brand new condition in which they were sent to you, before you send your order back please contact us for a reference number.

Fill out the form on the reverse of your invoice/packing slip and send your items and the completed form to the return address below. Due to strict hygiene legislation we can only offer an exchange or refund for hair extensions that have not been opened are unused and in the original brand new sealed condition in which they were sent to you. Once the 'guarantee void' seal has been removed a refund or exchange will not be possible. When sending goods back from a country other than the UK you must clearly mark the outside of the parcel and the customs form as 'Returned Goods.'
